Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026
1. Introduction
Rag & Roll ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at https://www.ragroll.comor contact us through our contact forms.
2. Information We Collect
When you submit the form on our home page, we receive:
- Your name and email address - the only two fields we ask you to fill in
- Optionally, a link to your Instagram, LinkedIn or website
- Optionally, your phone number
- Optionally, whatever you write in the message box
- The campaign tags on the link you arrived through, and the site that referred you, so we know where an enquiry came from
That is the whole list, and there are no hidden fields. The optional ones are genuinely optional - leave them blank and we will still send the breakdown. A link just lets us tailor it to what you already publish instead of asking you on a call.
Google Analytics also records the usual technical details of a visit - approximate location, browser and device, which sections you scrolled to, which videos you played, which FAQ questions you opened. That is aggregate behaviour, not an attempt to identify you personally. Section 7 explains what changes if you decline cookies, and how to opt out of the counting entirely.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use what you send us to:
- Prepare the free content breakdown you asked for and email it to you
- Reply to your enquiry and, if you want one, arrange a call
- Work out which parts of this page are doing their job, and fix the parts that are not
We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not run a drip sequence. If you tell us you are not interested, that is the end of it.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With the companies that run this site for us: Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivers your enquiry to our inbox), and Google Analytics
- When the law requires it
- When you have explicitly asked us to
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and receive a copy of your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to processing of your personal data
- Request restriction of processing
To exercise these rights, please contact us at hello@ragroll.com.
7. Cookies and Analytics
We count visits to this page with Google Analytics, so we can see which sections get read and which get skipped. That counting happens whether or not you accept - what your answer controls is whether anything is stored on your device.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets a cookie so a return visit is recognised as the same browser. That lets us tell new visitors from returning ones.
If you decline, no cookie is set and no identifier is stored. Your visit is still counted, but anonymously, and it cannot be linked to any other visit you make. We use Google’s Consent Mode for this, and we would rather tell you plainly than claim we stop measuring altogether.
Either way: we do not run advertising pixels, we do not build profiles of individuals, and we do not sell or share this data. Advertising, ad personalisation and ad-data storage are switched off at all times, for everyone.
Declining costs you nothing else - the site behaves identically, we will not ask again, and no feature is withheld. You can change your mind at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. If you would rather not be counted at all, Google’s official opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout blocks it entirely, as does any common ad blocker, and we will not treat you differently for it.
Your answer is kept in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, so clearing this site’s data resets it. We also run Vercel Analytics for page-speed measurements, which is aggregate and cookie-free.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
